CNC Gantry Type Plasma Cutting Machine

The machine body is gantry type structure.It has digital control system and programming nesting software.

      The vertical guide track adopts heavy rails. The surface has high precision after gringing .The rail length can be increased and decreased according to the requirements of suers(Specification:2m/section)

      The cutting torch holder adopts the collision-preventing design to ensure the cutting torches are not damaged in production.

      The horizontal rails adopt a straight line track with high precision and smooth running.

      The cutting power can be selected as USA Hypertherm, Germany Kjbllerg Thermadyne and internal and external famous brand.

      The lifter and aluminum alloy structure. It is led by screw,guided by straight line bearing. That guarantees the cutting precision.

      The driving device adopts the full-digital AC servo system and motor made by Japan Panasonic which has high running precision.

      The CNC system may be equipped with the international famous brands such as USA Hypertherm, China Adtech etc, according to the requirements of users.

      The machine with below 4m gauge adopts single side driven, the machine with above 4m gauge adopts double-side driven to guarantee the precision and high speed smooth running.
